CMMC Compliant Offices

Certain Clients may prefer to have a turnkey office available for their infrequent access to CUI. Our turnkey CMMC offices are setup to address CMMC's Physical Protection requirements.

Managed Offices for Physical Protection Compliance

Planned Availability for first offices: 2025 2Q in Omaha, NE, USA

Future Availability at other locations will be contingent upon market demand

Our XEnclave CMMC 2.0 Level 2 Enclave includes an option for clients to utilize the closest XEnclave Managed Office when their CUI access needs are limited, making it easier for certain clients to meet the requirements of the CMMC 3.10 Physical Protection control. This option provides a secure, compliant physical environment for clients (and their visitors) who may not have the infrastructure to meet these stringent requirements at their own locations. By offering access to these managed offices, we help streamline your compliance journey while ensuring your sensitive data and systems are physically protected according to CMMC standards. Clients will schedule their use of these offices via our XEnclave Client Portal.

Summary of Section 3.10 (Physical Protection)

In CMMC Version 2, Section 3.10 focuses on physical security measures to protect the organization's sensitive systems and data from unauthorized physical access or environmental threats. These measures include restricting access to sensitive areas, monitoring and logging access, escorting visitors, controlling access devices, and securely destroying media. By implementing these controls, organizations can ensure that their physical environment is secure, which is a crucial aspect of overall cybersecurity compliance. Trexcel's upcoming office offering can help address these requirements when desirable by our clients.
