Secure Sharing of GPU Infastructure Research
Researching Secure GPU Infrastructure Sharing for Bare-Metal Clusters
At Trexcel Corporation, we are planning on exploring a highly secure solution for sharing valuable GPU resources across multiple bare-metal clusters. Our research focuses on securely connecting GPUs to clusters when needed, ensuring optimal utilization while maintaining strict isolation and security protocols.
Efficient, On-Demand GPU Usage
In our proposed model, GPUs are dynamically allocated to clusters as workloads require them. Once a task is completed, the GPUs undergo a thorough reset process—including a full reboot—to eliminate any residual data or configurations. These GPUs are then returned to a centralized pool, ready to serve other clusters in need. This approach optimizes GPU usage, reduces hardware waste, and supports high-performance computing environments.
High Security and Compliance
Given the critical importance of security in shared computing environments, our research prioritizes stringent security measures throughout the GPU lifecycle. By securely resetting and rebooting the GPUs before returning them to the pool, we ensure that no data from prior workloads remains accessible. This secure management approach will offer peace of mind in sensitive, high-performance environments.
Innovating for Future Scalability
Our research into GPU sharing is not intended as a standalone product but will serve as a foundational capability for future product lines. This innovative infrastructure will enable organizations to maximize the potential of their GPU investments while maintaining strict security and compliance standards across multiple bare-metal clusters.
